What Do I Need?

Please have the following items to ensure a smooth and easy process...

Valid, Government Issued Photo ID

The Complete Document(s) to Be Notarized

  • State-issued driver’s license or ID card

  • U.S. passport or passport card

  • U.S. military ID

  • Permanent Resident (Green) Card

  • Tribal ID

  • ID and document names must match If names differ slightly (e.g., maiden name vs. married name), bring supporting documents like a marriage certificate.

Note: The ID must be unexpired and show a clear photo, your name, and a physical description or date of birth.

  • Do not sign the document ahead of time. You must sign it in the presence of the notary.

  • Bring all pages of the document, even if only one page needs notarization. Email to notary if you need it printed.

  • If witnesses are required, please confirm if you need to bring them or if the notary can provide them (additional fee may apply).
